Welcome to Cockapoo Joy
Cockapoo Joy shares our family’s home-based journey into responsible, thoughtful Cockapoo breeding. Our puppies are raised in our home, surrounded by everyday life, early socialisation, and careful attention to health, temperament, and wellbeing.

Whether you’re here because you’re hoping to welcome a puppy into your family, or simply because you enjoy following the journey, you are very welcome.

The above photo is Caramel's Autumn 2023 litter one. We'll replace it with a photo of her second litter soon after they are born.

Caramel's 2026 Litter
We are expecting Caramel’s next litter around 31 January 2026. From pregnancy through whelping and early puppyhood, we share the journey openly through this website, our blog, and social media.

If you’re considering a puppy from this litter, we encourage you to explore how we raise our puppies and how the process works before making an enquiry.
Our Commitment
Every puppy deserves a happy, healthy start and every family deserves peace of mind. From day one, our puppies are raised with love, gentle handling, and careful socialisation, preparing them to grow into confident, affectionate companions. Our commitment guides everything we do—from how we raise our puppies to the day-to-day choices we make and the community we nurture around them.

Home-Raised Puppies
Our puppies are raised in our family home, never kennels, and are gently prepared for life as much-loved family dogs. After a calm, low stress start in their first three weeks, we gradually introduce them to everyday sights, sounds, and experiences, including visitors of different ages, trusted fully vaccinated dogs, household routines, music, television, and urban noises. Puppies are handled daily and cared for through routine worming, grooming, nail clipping, and gentle bathing. We also begin age-appropriate separation experiences to help puppies develop confidence and resilience as they prepare for the transition to their forever homes.

Responsible and Transparent
The welfare and wellbeing of our dogs come first in everything we do. Although we are hobby breeders, responsible breeding guides every decision we make. Caramel is our much-loved family dog and will be bred a maximum of two times, making the 2026 litter her final puppies. We follow recognised best practices, including full compliance with Lucy’s Law, appropriate genetic health testing, the PetPlan Puppy Charter, and the use of The Puppy Contract (puppycontract.org.uk). Our puppies are raised in a warm, stimulating home environment with a thoughtful socialisation programme, giving them the very best start in life.
Community and Continuity
Cockapoos bring joy not just to their families, but to the wider circle around them. Friends, family, and previous puppy families enjoy following our journey through this website, our blog, and our social media, forming a relaxed and supportive extended community. Many people follow along simply because they enjoy sharing in the milestones and stories, even if they’re not looking for a puppy themselves. For buyers who wish, we also offer an optional, informal WhatsApp space where puppy families can stay in touch and share updates, with no expectation to take part. This sense of continuity from one litter to the next reflects the heart of Cockapoo Joy: Love the breed. Share the love.
